Today I am grateful for lefse! If you've lived in MN for any length of time, then I am assuming that you know about lefse. In my family, it is a sought after treat that is available only at holiday time. I'm about to have a piece right now that our neighbor brought to us (he is the best preparer of lefse, bar none!).
I hope you get to have a special treat today, or at sometime over the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend.

Why Yoga Moodra?
In yoga tradition, a mudra is a gesture or hand position which focuses and directs energy during yoga poses and meditation. I call my classes yoga "mood"ra...to emphasize the notion that our mood and energy can greatly be impacted by the practice of yoga.

I love lefse! Pretty much the only way I eat it is with butter and cinnamon & sugar. I love the special desserts during the holidays, like lefse, krumkake, pizzelle, rosettes - now my mouth is watering!
Rosettes!!! My ultimate holiday treat! YUM
