Today I am thankful that each day (and really each moment) is an opportunity for a fresh start and a new beginning. While we may try hard each day, sometimes we have to admit that we were not at our best. Maybe we were unnecessarily harsh with someone, or maybe we just ended up wasting time that could have been better spent.
A fresh start means that we can apologize or clear the air with someone if we need to and then let go and move on while trying to learn from our mistakes and errors. We can quit obsessing about our to do list and simply begin.
Start fresh today, do your best, and make it count!

I'm thankful for Nikola Tesla - gotta love alternating current! I just watched a video about his life and have read several articles about him. It's amazing how he hasn't been emphasized as much as Edison in history books.
The name sound vaguely familiar....will have to look him up!
I too am grateful for fresh starts, Karen. Thank you for this reminder that we don't have to redo everything in order to begin again. So liberating!
