I will be leading a 2 hour workshop through Burnsville Community Education (ISD 191) on October 29th from 6:30-8:30pm. The workshop is entitled Calm in Chaos: Yoga Practices for Balanced Living.
The evening will consist of some gentle yoga as well as time for journaling and discussion about how to find balance and calm even when life is demanding and stressful.
