September has arrived! For many of us, we switch gears at this time of year and a new schedule emerges from the lazy hazy days of summer. I hope that many of you will find time in your busy lives to join me on the mat in yoga class again this fall. New dates are established and fall classes start next week!

Monday: Advent UMC in Eagan 4:30-5:30pm Sept 8-Oct 13
Tuesday: Glendale UMC in Savage 4:30-5:30pm Sept 9-Oct 14
Thursday: All Saints Lutheran in Eagan 7-8pm Sept 11-Oct 16
