This Thursday, January 20th, a new gentle yoga class will begin at All Saints Lutheran Church in Eagan (at the corner of Wescott and Lexington).
Class will be held from 6:45-7:45pm and the cost is $50 for a 6 week session that will run from January 20-March 3 (Skip 2/3).
There is still time to get registered. Email or call me if you have questions or need more information. It's a New Year....there's absolutely no better time to give the practice of yoga a try!!
