I have 2 new sessions starting: Thursday night January 5th is the first class of an 8 week session at All Saints Lutheran in Eagan and Monday January 9th is the start of a 6 week session at Advent United Methodist Church in Eagan. Why Yoga Moodra?
In yoga tradition, a mudra is a gesture or hand position which focuses and directs energy during yoga poses and meditation. I call my classes yoga "mood"ra...to emphasize the notion that our mood and energy can greatly be impacted by the practice of yoga.
