My free/donation based yoga class is this Monday, September 28th from Noon-1pm at Aslan Institute in Eagan (4141 Old Sibley Memorial Highway, Eagan MN). Aslan is a beautiful spot.....tucked away overlooking the river...from Highway 13...take a right onto Diffley heading east. Just past the gas station, take a left onto Old Sibley Memorial Highway, then Old Sibley Memorial Highway heads left again and Aslan is on your left.
Call me if you have questions about the class...otherwise...just show up!!
My 6 week class session at Aslan begins the following Monday (10/5)...so you have an opportunity to try before you buy!!
