Just started reading Jon Kabat-Zinn's book entitled "Full Catastrophe Living."
Here's a quote to ponder:
"We are all subject to old age, illness and death. The real question...is how do we live our lives while we have the chance?"
In other words, stop waiting to live. Enjoy today and THIS moment. Make it count.
