Why Yoga Moodra?
In yoga tradition, a mudra is a gesture or hand position which focuses and directs energy during yoga poses and meditation. I call my classes yoga "mood"ra...to emphasize the notion that our mood and energy can greatly be impacted by the practice of yoga.
