Celebrate Strength

In yoga this week, we will focus on being aware of our physical bodies and all of our inherent strength. So often, we sell ourselves short or talk ourselves out of trying new things or really working to be our very best.
I ran across a quote from the ancient poet/mystic Rumi: "You were born with wings, why crawl through life?" Consider how you can be strong and be your very best self today. Get in touch with your strengths: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You were born to do great things...go get started!
