I have a few yoga poses that I love. What about you? Tell me your favorite pose or poses and why you like them or how they make you feel. To get us started, here are a couple of my very favorites:
Forward Fold: I love the release, the quiet, and the sense of calm in this pose.
Reverse Warrior: I love the extension and upward movement and lift in this posture. It's a great blend of extension and action mixed with a sense of quiet openness and being willing to receive something new.
Mountain Pose: Might seem silly, but I love the focus on quiet, solid energy and finding a sense of strength and calm while standing still.
Ok....please weigh in....I'd love to hear your thoughts. We'll save the poses we hate for another blog post! (They have benefits and things to teach us as well!)
