As the weather cools down, it's time to bring your exercise regime indoors. I have 2 new yoga sessions starting soon: one at Advent United Methodist Church in Eagan that runs Monday afternoons from 4:30-5:30pm. The next session there will run 8 weeks and the cost is $65. Session dates are October 31-December 19th.
My other class is on Thursday evenings at All Saints Lutheran Church in Eagan. Class is from 7-8pm and a new session will start on Thursday November 10 and run through December 15th. Cost for the 5 week session is $40.
