A beautiful fall day in MN. Get outside to play...go for a walk, play golf (this is my plan today), do some outdoor yoga, or just sit outside and soak up the sun for a few minutes. It won't be long before we will be complaining about the snow and cold and our lack of Vitamin D...so enjoy it while you can!
Don't forget to take a minute to get registered for a fall yoga class so that you have a way to stay refreshed and active indoors when the weather gets too chilly for outdoor play! Call me or email me if you have any questions about classes or the upcoming retreat.
