It's September....National Yoga Month!!!! Yoga instructors and studios across the U.S. are being encouraged to offer free classes in order to introduce more people to the fabulous benefits of a yoga practice. Please check out one of my free yoga classes this month...and bring a friend! See the class details below:
Saturday September 12, 9:30-10:30am at Inner Light Healing Center in Lakeville (17305 Cedar Avenue, Lakeville MN... just North of the intersection of Cedar and Dodd Rd)
Monday September 28th, 12noon-1pm at Aslan Institute in Eagan (4141 Old Sibley Memorial Highway, Eagan MN.... Just east of the intersection of Highway 13 and Diffley Road)
Both of these classes are FREE...but if you wish, a charitable donation can be made...with proceeds going to either the Yoga Health Foundation, or Second Harvest Heartland (our metro area food shelf ).
