Monday noontime class at Aslan Institute in Eagan. 6 week session of gentle yoga, journaling exercises, and positive affirmations...begins Monday October 5th and the cost is $70.
Tuesday noontime class at Advent United Methodist Church in Eagan. 6 week session of gentle yoga with a devotional reading at the end of class and a faith based approach to practice. The session begins on Tuesday October 6th and the cost is $60.
