Thankful

Take time each day to pause and consider some of the things that you are grateful for. Developing this "attitude of gratitude" will help you re-frame situations and over time, you will feel more content and less disgruntled or dissatisfied by life circumstances. Decide that today you will see that the glass is half full...not half empty. Happiness and gratitude are choices. Choose to be happy.
